As the name makes clear, ATS's new AccuCloud is a secure cloud-based solution that hosts all of your customers' instances.
ATS hosts AccuCloud so your IT team can focus their efforts on monitoring data collection and integration between customers' ATS time clocks and your application.
When you come on as an AccuCloud reseller, we create an instance devoted to your organization. This instance includes your AccuCloud portal and the middleware, where your customers' data is validated before flowing to the terminals, or from the terminals into your system.
You can decide to integrate ATS time clocks with your system through secure FTP delivery of a flat file or via web services. Each of your customers' databases are separate and secure to ensure data integrity. If you choose to integrate with the flat file option, you can complete the initial setup through a single flat file, and the AccuCloud middleware will deliver the segmented data to the proper databases.
ATS hosts the data, but we make it easy to delete if your customer discontinues service. We'll package up the data, send it to you, and clear it from our servers. You can then deliver the data to the customer.
While each of your customers have segregated datasets on our servers, you have visibility into all your customers' installations through the centralized AccuCloud Portal.
Support teams can easily toggle through customer's windows to see the status of each time clock they have activated. In the background, AccuCloud is monitoring all your customers' terminals as a last line of defense. They’ll also see the real-time status of each terminal, so they can act quickly if one goes offline. They can also easily run reports across all customers or for select customers through the same screen.
