An Overview of AccuCloud with facial recognition time clock 

The AccuCloud system is comprised of the following components:  

  • ATS time clocks.  
  • TimeCollect, our time collection software. 
  • AccuCloud middleware that communicates between the ATS time clocks and your application.  
  • The AccuCloud portal that gives you full visibility into all your customers' ATS time clock installations. You'll see each device to easily monitor their on/offline status. The portal is also where you can monitor integrations.  
  • Our optional Only|You™ Face recognition software, which runs on our stride80 time clock. 

ATS hosts both the AccuCloud middleware and the portal in a secure, cloud-based, multi-tenant architecture. Your team has no server-side responsibilities with AccuCloud. The ATS team also builds the isolated cloud instance you'll use to monitor and manage each customer.

We'll work together to design the terminal configuration(s) your company wants to offer customers.   

We also send the time clocks directly to your customers.  

All your customers need to do is connect the ATS time clock to a power source and its network. From there, the AccuCloud middleware detects their presence and will start collecting employee actions.   

For customers who opt for the face recognition option, employees will first enroll in the biometric system at the time clock. They can do this at the time clock without needing any tech support. The Only|You™ Face recognition software includes our IDAssist function, which gives employees a visual guide that makes enrollment and using the face recognition quick and easy. 

The ATS tech team updates AccuCloud software and Only|You™ Face recognition software. They also handle any customization changes you require. All the time clocks get updated on your schedule. Your entire deployment stays running on the same software at the same time, freeing your tech team from having to manage different versions across customers.
