Your Oracle Time and Labor solution relies on getting a steady stream of accurate time and attendance data. That is where TimeCom fits into your Oracle time management environment. TimeCom from Accu-Time Systems manages comprehensive bidirectional employee time entry data flow between the ATS time clocks and your Oracle system.
With its cloud-based time clock middleware, TimeCom manages data validation and secure delivery. The ATS time clock collects data even while offline. The clock sends the data to your payroll process and other Time and Labor systems when it reconnects to the network.

And as part of our standard or comprehensive support levels of the TimeCom solution, you have access to ClockWatch™ which gives you real-time visibility and control over your ATS time clock ecosystem.
You can see in real-time whether time clocks are connected to the network. You can also check that data delivery to your Oracle system is running smoothly. It all starts with a seamless integration between TimeCom and Oracle Time and Labor.
Time Clocks for Your Oracle Time and Labor Implementation
We offer three types of time clocks for Oracle HCM Time and Labor. Our TimeCom solution is built to leverage the broad scope of available Oracle functionality.
PeoplePoint™ Plus
The PeoplePoint ™ Plus time collection device is a high-performance workhorse. It uses its fast processor and expandable memory to efficiently collect and deliver time entry data to your Oracle system.
Employees can clock in and out quickly without creating backups at the time clock and slowing down shift changes. It has the flexibility to work with most employee identification methods, including an optional biometric reader.
Identification methods include:
- Fingerprint scan
- Keypad
- Prox. reader
- Swipe Card Reader
PeoplePoint™ Premium
Think of the PeoplePoint ™ Premium as the big brother to PeoplePoint™ Plus. A bit bigger and more robust, it takes the PeoplePoint ™ Plus features, and ramps them up a level.
The PeoplePoint™ Premium comes standard with a high-resolution, 10” touchscreen, and high volume and speakers. It is ideal for customers who want to deliver employee self-service functionality.
PeoplePoint™ Premium Standard features
- Android or Linux based
- 10.1” Widescreen Touch Display
- 2 Speakers
- Microphone
- eMMC – 16GB Storage
PeoplePoint Premium is the perfect fit for medium and large sized businesses looking for an easy time clock solution that goes hand and hand with your Oracle Time and Labor Software.
Maximus™ Severe Duty
The Maximus™ Severe Duty is built to withstand environments rougher than your typical office. Its casing is weather-resistant and rated “dust tight.” Debris kicked up from machinery cannot get into the time clock’s inner workings and muck things up. The Maximus Severe Duty can also operate under extreme temperatures, hot and cold, while resisting water intrusion as well.
The Maximus modest 3.5” screen is backlit for easy readability. Its eight configurable keypad buttons are raised, which makes it easy for gloved hands to operate it. Employees can use the Maximus Severe Duty to complete any time tracking functions.
Select the Time Clocks that Suites Your Business
What sets ATS time clocks apart, in addition to their low total cost of ownership, is the range of options available. You can choose from three different time collection devices, each offering a unique set of features.
This allows you to select the amount of time clock features you need. Some companies want only a basic time clock that can apply basic pay rules. Others need one with more advanced features. Wherever you fall, there is an ATS time clock option that suits your company.
Regardless of which of these ATS time clocks you choose, it will fit seamlessly into the TimeCom and Oracle Time and Labor environment. They all ensure accurate and efficient
tracking of employee time. Each of them reliably collects and delivers data into your Oracle Time and Labor system, helping you optimize your Oracle investment.
