Timeclocks Optimized for Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor

Featured Image

Your Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solution relies on getting a steady stream of accurate time and attendance data. That’s where TimCom fits into your Oracle environment. TimeCom from ATS manages comprehensive bi-directional employee punch data flow between the ATS time clocks and your Oracle system.

With its cloud-based middleware TimeCom manages data validation and secure delivery. The ATS time clocks can collect data even while offline. Once reconnected to the network, TimeCom’s middleware ensures the flow of accurate, validated data into your Oracle HCM.

And as part of our standard or comprehensive support levels of the TimeCom solution, you have access to the TimeCom monitor. The TimeCom monitor gives you more visibility and control over your ATS time clock ecosystem. You can see in real-time whether time clocks are connected to the network and check that data delivery to your Oracle system is running smoothly. But it all starts with creating a seamless integration between TimeCom and Oracle Time and Labor and deploying the right ATS time and attendance data collection device for your business.

We offer three time clocks for Oracle HCM Time & Labor. Our TimeCom solution is built to leverage the broad scope of available Oracle functionality.

PeoplePoint™ Plus

The PeoplePoint ™ Plus time collection device is a high-performance workhorse. Equipped with a fast processor and expandable memory, it efficiently collects and delivers a wide range of punch data to your back-end system. Employees can clock in and out quickly without creating backups at the time clock and slowing down shift changes. It has the flexibility to work with most employee identification methods, including an optional biometric reader.

PeoplePoint Premium

Think of the PeoplePoint ™ Premium as the big brother to PeoplePoint ™ Plus. A bit bigger and more robust, it takes the PeoplePoint ™ Plus features, and ramps them up a level. The PeoplePoint ™ Premium comes standard with a high-resolution, 10” touchscreen, high volume and speakers.  It is ideal for customers who want to deliver employee self-service functionality.

Maximus™ Severe Duty

The MaximusSevere Duty is built to withstand environments rougher than your typical office. Its casing is weather-resistant and rated “dust tight,” so debris kicked up from machinery can’t get into the time clock’s inner workings and muck things up. The Maximus Severe Duty can also operate under extreme temperatures, hot and cold, while also resisting water intrusion.

The Maximus screen is backlit for easy readability and its keypad buttons are raised, making it easy for gloved hands to operate it. With a modest 3.5” screen for display and eight custom-configurable function keys, employees can use the Maximus Severe Duty to complete any time tracking functions.

Select the time clocks that suit your business

The range of features across these three time collection devices allow businesses to select the right amount of time clock they need. Whichever of these ATS time clocks interest you, they all fit seamlessly into the TimeCom and Oracle integrated environment.  Each of them reliably collects and delivers data into your Oracle Cloud Time and Labor system, helping you optimize your Oracle investment.

Biometric Usage: Growing concerns over the privacy and security of biometrics are driving government regulations surrounding the definition of personal data and how to protect it. These regulations vary from country to country, state-to-state, and in some cases city by city. Most often the governing regulations are dictated based on the location where the information is being collected. It is important to understand the local regulations in the geographic areas in which you operate. If you are uncertain regarding your regulatory obligations, we encourage you to consult with your legal counsel.
